Autumn Equinox 2021: an Aries Moon affair

leave a comment »

When the Sun enters Venus-ruled Libra on Wednesday September 22, 2021 at 3:21 pm EDT, the equinox Moon @21Ari07 floats through the 4th house with the Sun (00Lib00:00) in 8th house and approaching Mars @5Lib03. Rising at that moment in Washington DC is 14Cap08 (“15Cap’: “Many Toys in the Children’s Ward of the Hospital Really Care” – Jones) so old man Saturn Rx @7AQ09 rules the chart and is the second planet to rise in DC after Pluto Rx @24Cap21 denoting transformative events on the horizon for the US (as represented by our nation’s capital city).

Now as you know, both Saturn and Pluto are karmic planets and obviously the ongoing pandemic and difficult hospitalization conditions are emphasized by the above Sabian Symbol. And actually, a look back at their harsh, painstaking Great Conjunction of January 12, 2020 is not out of the question since their 33-year cycle began at that time @22Cap46 and early 2020 (and late 2019) relates to the increasing cases of Covid-19 in the US and elsewhere. The planetary pair also suggests the uprising of violent people but that’s another story.

Note that all or any of this could be different for you – this is merely a general reading, not a personal one!

Meanwhile, if you wish more details as seen through a common-good political lens concerning the Autumn Equinox 2021 Horoscope set for Washington DC, you’re cordially invited to have a peek at my August 8, 2021 post Autumn Equinox 2021 – Selena and the Snake Charmer:

So with the 2021 Autumn Equinox Moon in Mars-ruled Aries we have a Sun Libra-Moon Aries blend of conscious and unconscious energies with Mars-Venus vibes influencing the Fall season. This is the blend of the cool-headed “peace-making crusader” who can be “jolted by emotional conflict and criticism from others.” There’s a sociability and a sense of “great expectations” to this blend and romance is not out of the picture! There can be quite a tussle with independence vs dependence issues in some partnerships so watch out for this.

And note that ideally, diplomacy should also be a part of the Venus-Mars picture.

For more information on this blend of the Fall season you may wish to consult Sun Sign-Moon Sign by Charles and Suzi Harvey (#ad).

“There are two lasting bequests we can give our children: One is roots, the other is wings.” Teaching children values and giving them the opportunity to excel is essential to good parenting. However, I feel I must also provide my children (and myself) insight into the ones who came before us: our ancestors whose lives and stories have shaped us into who we are. This is my journey; these are their stories…
