Astrology of Obama’s Peace Prize 10.9.09

Now of course, this reluctant astrologer had to take a peek at this morning’s Astrology chart of President Obama’s remarks from the Rose Garden concerning his receipt of 2009’s Nobel Peace Prize for Diplomacy so have your own peek if you like.

The president began at 11:16 am edt and spoke for 6 minutes, noting his own humility. (Is that possible by definition of the word?)

And you may be interested in the Air-Air ‘Images for Integration’ for today’s Sun in diplomatic Libra, Moon in communicating Gemini, bringer of Good Tidings. (Gemini is Mr. Obama’s natal Moon sign.)

Sun Lib/Moon Gem: ‘Birds circle in perfect formation on the breeze of a bright autumn day…Having offered a fair judgement, the chairman of a conciliation and arbitration board chats amiably with the previously opposing factions.’

(‘Sun Sign-Moon Sign’ by Chas & Suzi Harvey.)

How diplomatically groovy…if only!

But being a peacenik from way back, I would say that, right?

Plus, in America we continue to idealize (US natal Neptune conjunct –) his actions (– Obama’s natal Mars), and both planets were at Midheaven (The Goal) when he finished speaking this morning at 11:22 am edt.

Mr. Obama has received the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts toward nuclear non-proliferation, the environment, and…well, something else peacey. The reward money will be donated to charity, he says, so you know right there that other more valuable payoffs are to be expected.

Anyway, check out the post linked above for more details…now here’s a famous quote from one who shares the Sun Lib/Moon Gem blend in his natal chart….

“The immature poet imitates; the mature poet plagiarizes.”
