Are you your Obama’s brother?

Astrology Mundo has a great astro-analysis about the rumor goin’ round about Barack Obama’s brother George living small, they say, in Africa, a circumstance which is being touted by his opponents as if it’s a new negative against the Dem candidate.

The word ‘desperate’ comes to mind, or perhaps it’s the steady drip drip method of political attackery where they hope something will stick by November.

Thing is, Obama identified something like 8 half brothers and sisters in his book and George is one of them.

Well, at least Obama knows who the 8 are. Are you completely certain you know who yours might be?

McCain birthday 2005

Here you’ll find a link to a YouTube video of stills from John McCain and George Bush happily sharing McCain birthday cake on Aug 29, 2005 while Neptune washed New Orleans’ Saturnian levees away and Katrina victims drowned:

http://starsoverwashington.blogspot.com/2008/08/mccains-hard-hearted-cake-gone-stale.html#links along with my grumps on the subject of a McCain White House tenure.

This is a priceless montage of what a future McCain White House will be reminding us of if the neocons get their Beltway again in November.

John McCain. Common gooder he ain’t.

A weak Bush sowing dragon’s teeth in the Caucasus

Eric Margolis has published an article that elucidates the “he said, she said” confrontation going on in the Caucasus since August 7 between Georgia, South Ossetia, and Russia, and it’s interestingly titled:

‘Crisis in the Caucasus. What Were They Smoking in the White House?’

I don’t know what stash they have tucked away in the cellar, but they oughta be passing it around: their inept maneuverings seem meant to provoke war with what Margolis says is no longer a banana republic: The Great Bear, Russia, now fat and sassy with oil and gas wealth.

As I’ve stated in a prior post, at least Russia is acting – and reacting – within its own neighborhood which is more than we can say for our pretendedly-mandated neocon radicals who’ve taken over Washington with much jingoistic fervor and seem to think the whole world is their oyster. Must be some darn good consciousness expanding weed.

So I hope that you check out Margolis’ clear-eyed views on the whole confusing situation if you haven’t yet for it’s being so poorly mishandled by the Bush administration as to be buffoonish.

Plus, it’s been made to seem more guffaw-esque by McCain’s ineffectual, neoconnish posturing – at least Obama’s mild comments have had a small the benefit of making barely a ripple on Putin’s sea.

Margolis states that “US missiles in Poland and radars in the Czech Republic are a dangerous, unnecessary provocation that is sowing dragon’s teeth for future confrontation.”

Now I’m still on a major learning curve here with the current Caucasus stand-off, but his words strike me as unfortunately on the mark. And for me it conjures a nastier image still of the *Big Dragon – China – which could stomp in at any time – a possibility that Bush, Cheney, Rice, and the Pentagon should have thought about before they risked so much for so little gain on behalf of the ship they are supposedly helming into port, not crashing on the stones of confusion bwo the bags of Columbian Gold they nabbed from your neighbor’s house last month.

Then there’s the oft-repeated myth, “we owe China too much money,” a rationale the US cannot depend on forever for her misadventured, misdirected belligerence.

Perhaps in the Caucasus, it may fly a little longer…as long as The Dragon doesn’t spread its fiery wings and give the weakened-by-neocon-war America more than she ever bargained for thanks to the pie-in-the-sky pipe dreams issuing from the dark recesses of a smoke-filled White House basement lounge.

In summation? Bush can’t leave too soon. And take Cheney, McCain, and the rest of the neocons with him. Please.

* my hopeful prayer is that Pluto, the Dragon, in stern Capricorn, will not mean the waking up of the dragon which will roar, as the Bible says. The upcoming Cardinal T-square between Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto may turn out to be an unfortunate timing device for our suffering planet (see post on the Bilderberg Club for midpoint picture details. They’re not at all pretty, but you may as well be aware.)

So put down that d_____!  (Unless you brought enough to share.)  ;lp
