Yes, it’s Legal to tape police in the US
It is still legal for people to record or tape the police in America yet a man is facing a life sentence for doing just that.
Deciding that we must fight for our rights while we still have them, a court case tried before a jury of his peers is expected. This is an important case for all Americans!
