Uranus will again be in Aries, and Neptune and Pluto will soon be opposite their 1930s positions. The difference is that Neptune was in Virgo, opposite Pisces, her rulership sign, and probably less than optimally ineffective at her work of transcendence, and Pluto was in Cancer, with a more superficial and childish effect than normal. Now we will experience those two differently, which may give everyone a certain ‘full circle’ perspective. I suppose that the Islamic Republic of Iran is willing to play the role of Nazi Germany this time. Pluto’s irregular orbit also means that many more people present now have seen Pluto in several signs, and that alone may give us a wider sense of what transformations are possible, of the options available to us and a greater sense of our collective responsibility to withhold public power from irresponsible mentally immature people.
