On Madoff the SEC was incredulous!

*It’s in the news so it must be so:

Concerning Bernard Madoff, the Security and Exchange Commission is reported to have been incredulous and unfocused concerning his company’s extraordinary and continued profits, a mainstream media report that now leaves me incredulous.

But not unfocused.
