Today is Elvis’ birthday but this is one of those ‘brief heads-up’s as I call them on behalf of the economic address this morning from president-elect Barack Obama.
Using SolarFire software’s dual chart feature, you’ll find the horoscope for the start of the speech (11:14 am est; ‘8Ari’ rising with the Moon-Jupiter midpoint) and a second chart for its ending at 11:31 am.
This is an informative method for tracking planets changing houses and/or conjuncting chart angles such as Ascendant (the WHAT? of a chart) or Midheaven (’Mc’ = the WHY? Point) during a particular period of time.
Begun during a Mercury Hour (how perfect is that for a speech?), Obama ends his address during a Moon Hour, a great time for changes, publicity, and the needs of the public. Mission accomplished!
