UPDATE Oct 3 2008: today the House passed the ‘Bailout Bill’ which the Senate passed on Wednesday, and Bush signed this massive $700 billion+ boondoggle into law an hour and a half after it was passed. It was signed faster than FDR signed the declaration of war on Dec 8, 1941…that scam was passed at 12:30 pm, signed at 4:00 pm. See, the Capitol Hillers can move their patooties very swiftly when there’s a big payoff in it for them.

Now the reason I’m adding this update to this particular post about October Surprises is that my intuition tells me that That is what the financial crisis/bailout bill is. How so? In many more ways than a gnat outside the screen like me can possibly know, but there’s one thing in particular I’ve been considering.

Remember how often we’ve heard in the last year or so how Republicans in Congress are expecting to be routed in the November ‘08 elections? And notice how the bailout song-and-dance since Paulson debuted it two weeks ago has necessarily involved the Democrats.

Now if you two readers know anything about my online grumps, you know that I consider America to have a one-party system of government. One small yet visible bit of evidence is the mystery play of Joe Lieberman as the disappearing Democrat. (Matinee tickets still available.)

Therefore: class warfare =  the powerful stay in power, and if they have to play roles of ‘R vs D’, it’s a small price to pay for hanging onto the cache of power and staying in the elite class as opposed to the unwashed masses (that’s you and me and your Aunt Granny Fanny.)

Now I’m not saying that the bailout scheme is only about an October Surprise to return and elect as many Republicans in November as possible. But compared to the possibility of the routing the Rs were facing, hay may be made in the next few weeks of which Dems voted how, what they said and when they said it, and whether their hometown constituents can be made to throw them over for…yeeks! a fresh Republican or three.

Yes, it may seem far-fetched in the October Surprise department but I’ll be keeping my eye on the screen to see if any such propaganda (propagandum?) is attempted concerning the House elections 2008 and the votes and dramatic scenes concerning the bailout bill from Hades. That the rushed-like-war-in-Iraq bill will be part of the presidential campaign is something we can’t realistically hope to avoid.

Plus, the power elite’s long-planned bankrupting of America is moving along quite dandily with the goal of setting us up to accept any desperate solution they propose.

And we just did.

Okay so I’m wakeful and thinking too much obviously, but the bombing at the armed services recruiting office in Times Square and the subsequent propagandistic statements floated by police persons and officials who should be more circumspect is sticking in my political craw.

So I ask you: given that this incident has been named as a possible link to NYC’s past bombings of a similar nature–hooded man, bicycle, homemade devices, wee morning hours, etc–at the Mexican and the British consulates, is it just possible that a chain of terroistic acts has begun in order to declare martial law which may culminate in suspension of the November elections?

Most Americans wouldn’t take such an outlandish idea seriously, I know. That’s one reason why it could happen quite easily–just threaten chaos as a replacement for law, order, and our sense of safety, illusory as it may be. Oh–and fire us, rig the system to create homelessness across the land, undermine the value of the dollar bill in our pockets, and voila! we won’t know it’s done until it’s over.

Kind of like recession–you’ll know it’s arrived only in hindsight, as economists are inordinately fond of telling us.

Thing is, the common man has known for years now that the US economy is retracting where HE’s concerned and has felt (understandably) powerless to do anything about it. What was it Frederick the Great {sic} said? My people and I have come to an understanding; they are to say whatever they want, and I am to do whatever I want.

Well, yes. And you have to wonder if all the ‘experts’ can’t do any better than to watch as the ‘global economy’ crashes. Personally, I think most of them are enjoying themselves–their insistence upon a global economy in the first place has set up the distinct possibility of a worldwide crash–and you can be sure that big money is being made behind certain doors.

The other reason martial law would be easy to declare here is that the syndicate element intent on world domination will stop at nothing–NOTHING–to continue couping governments all over the world, and they’ve known for years that taking complete control of the US is key. Yet some say the US is low on the totem pole as far as the NWO governing structure will be concerned. Is that part of the selling-out of America now in progress?

Yes, you’re right…yawn…I should get some sleep now…hushing up…sweet dreams to all who love the world, nightmares to those who would see her fall…

Update Sept 23 ‘08: if you’re like me you’re thinking the past use of an “October Surprise” has morphed into a September Surprise with the current bailout proposal of Paulson & Co…all this mock gnashing of financial experts’ teeth will be excellent for keeping the next president from enacting any reforms that might actually aid those who struggle – and make the hourglass so top heavy with wealth it will topple America herself…then the world dominos will fall and voila! The one-world-government will be the “only answer.”

You wait and see…North American Union – NAU – is on the menu. And a paperless-money-world so your every move can be kept track of. Me? I’m never up to anything that’s worth tracking!
