Have just now posted on the natal chart of Michael Mukasey, the retired judge which Bush hopes will act as his US attorney General.

Yesterday, at Bush’s announcement of his nomination of Mukasey, the Sun was conjuncting his natal Neptune (he’d better read the fine print in this DOJ deal!), and Saturn, planet of authority, responsibility, and control was conjunct natal Venus.
